Crystal tumbler Tulipmania collection

In the 1600s these beautiful flowers became a speculative object first in France and then in Holland. The tulip book by Pieter Cos from 1634 is one of the few preserved catalogs. The flowers of the 66 artistically drawn flowers are painted by hand with glowing enamel colors on the classic Lobmeyr Alpha mug, created in 1952 by Hans Harold Rath.
